Classical logic, the one generally known, is characterized by establishing categorical affirmations. The affirmations or propositions that are established under classic logic principles can be only true, or false. In a certain sense, it is a binary scheme; a scheme that can assume only one of two possible values. That is why in many contexts the traditional logic is qualified as "strict logic" or "binary logic".
But there is another kind of logic. A type in which the affirmations do not have to be or totally true, or totally false. In this alternative logic the propositions may be true to a certain degree, or false to a certain degree. That is, there are intermediate degrees between the true and the false, so that a proposition such as "what you say is not totally true" is valid within this alternative type of logic; it is known as Fuzzy Logic.
The fundamental topological principle that underlies fuzzy logic is based on the possibility that an element of a set has a certain degree of belonging to it, without necessarily considering as a rule that the degree of belonging must be 100%.
For the economic-administrative sciences, and in general for the social sciences, this type of logic is fundamental, since in these fields of knowledge it is difficult to accept that the scales of measurement of the phenomena are strict. When talking about the economic viability of a company, for instance, it is hard to say that the company is totally unfeasible or totally viable; obviously, there are degrees of viability; degrees that classical logic statements doesn´t recognize. It is based on this that non-traditional logic do alternative analysis.
Fuzzy relationships can be represented in a very appropriate way by arrangements. The size of these arrangements will depend on the number of variables that are intended to be related. Consider the case, for example, of the variables "size of the company" and "viability of the company", and suppose that they have a diffuse relation one to each other.
The app FProjection is been programmed to follow sequences like the previous one. In the home screen there is the option prepared to directly enter a previously configured fuzzy projection scenario.
